And due to the fact that we process volumes of credit/debit card transactions daily, our standard practice is to be in compliance with industry regulatory agencies such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Communications between us and our customers are conducted via VPN, Zero –Trust, SSL/TLS protocols and frameworks to ensure the security of sensitive personal information. We utilize Secure Shell and Secure Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (S/MIME) to ensure security of email communications.
Security Awareness Training
Ultimately people are the bedrock of any security program. For this reason, we periodically conduct security awareness trainings for all drivers to be aware of their security responsibilities and to be abreast of the constantly evolving security landscape.
Privacy
Your privacy is paramount to us and have taken steps to build privacy into our security policies, standards, and procedures. And due to global regulatory requirements, we've ensured that we are in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) just to mention a few.
Monitoring
We use advanced monitoring tools such as the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools which include firewalls, IDS/IPS, etc., to monitor our networks and information systems infrastructure real-time.
